I am concerned about my credit card details?

'Element Jeans Co.' does not store any customer’s credit card information in our database. All your credit card information simply transferred to the credit card payment processing company. We use a 128 bit (SSL) Secured Socket Layered Server which ensures a safe transaction facility to our clients around the world.

We use “2 Checkout” for all our payment processing. “2 Checkout” is one of the most reputed and leading payment processing company available in the market with thousands of satisfied clients worldwide.

What is the delivery time of orders?

'Element Jeans Co.' ships most of their products from overseas as such it may take about a 7 to 10 days for your order to reach its destination.


What kind of customer service I would get?

Element Jeans Return/Exchange Policy.

All customers are requested to check your orders as soon as they receive it. In-case of any problems you are requested to contact our customer service representative within 24 hours of receipt of your order either by Phone, Fax or email.

1. Product can be returned if your order has a manufacturing defect.
2. Product can be returned if your order is received damaged.
3. Product can be returned if your order has some error on our part.
4. Product can be returned If your order received is other than what you had ordered.

The merchandise must be returned within 3 business days from the order receipt date at customer's cost. The merchandise must be securely packed, and sent by insured mail. Delayed returns will be returned back to the customer at their cost.
All return or exchange merchandise are required to be unused, uncrushed, un-creased, well-folded and without removing the tags. Otherwise, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.

'Element Jeans' will only refund the purchase price of the merchandise and taxes if any, less the original shipping charges. Please be aware that the merchandise with "FREE SHIPPING" will still have shipping charges deducted from the refund, in the event of a return.

In the event of an exchange, the difference in price and the subsequent shipping charges will be charged on or credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Refund/credit will be made by the same mode of payment which was used to purchase the merchandise.

Refund/credit may take up to 10 days after we receive the merchandise.
